After seeing the rough cut, we decided to make a few changes with the opening. One thing we definitely need to add is music for the first half. This we have found; it is similar to ballet music, but it sounds more creepy and it much slower and more echoey than the high-pitched twanging sound of the music from the music box (played during the bedroom scene) We have not decided whether to use this new piece of music for just the beginning of the sequence, or the entire thing as we have not yet tried it out on final cut pro.
There are also some other finishing touches that need to be added, especially in the beginning scene for example, a bang sound when the dancer falls down and a few more titles here and there.
